How it works

Three steps. You only
 do the first one.

Step 01

Step 02

Step 03

You hand it over

Drop your files into a SharePoint folder. No integration, no IT project, no cleanup first. From then on, work reaches Aron the way it reaches you: a forwarded email, a Teams message.

02

Aron learns the business

One picture of spend and contracts across every ERP. What you buy, from whom, and at what price, and the procurement policy that governs it. Your thresholds, your approvers, your plants. Aron runs your workflow, not a new one.

03

Aron does the work

Runs the sourcing. Chases the suppliers. Checks every invoice after the award, so the negotiated price is the price you pay.

product

The work, as it
happens.

Parts, materials, services. Cleans the data. Takes the request. Runs the RFQ over email, no portal. Chases the quotes. Redlines the renewal. Watches supply risk and reaches the supplier before you have to. Checks every invoice against the contract that governs it. A person approves. Aron does the rest.

Redline summary, Meridian Collective MSA

Auto Redlining

Every clause checked against your playbook and against what peers actually sign. Twelve flagged, four material, and the evergreen renewal caught before it auto-renews itself for another year.

Invoice-to-contract matching table with variance flags

Invoice to contract

Every invoice, checked against the contract that governs it. Parts, materials and services. The flagged line is a 16.2% drift on a waste services contract nobody was watching.

meet the founder

Aron was founded by Dominic Toselli, formerly Head of Worldwide Logistics Procurement at Apple. He ran supplier negotiations on Apple's most demanding programs and built the cost models and data foundations underneath them, most of it stitched together through email and spreadsheets. Aron exists so procurement teams can set the strategy and make the calls, and hand everything in between to something that does the work.
